ECOWAS and Spain together for the Graduation Ceremony at Diplomatic Academy of Spain On June 09, 2025

On June 09, 2025, Prof. Fatou Sow SARR, Commissioner for Human Development and Social Affairs, represented ECOWAS at the graduation ceremony of the sixth cohort of the Master's program in Diplomacy and International Relations at the Diplomatic Academy of Madrid, Spain. She was accompanied by Dr. Roland KOUAKOU, Acting Director and Programme Coordinator at ECOWAS.

This attendance underscores ECOWAS's commitment to fostering diplomatic relations and capacity building in the region

This programme of Master is organised each year and is financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation.

Education and training for the creation of opportunities for young people constitute a priority for ECOWAS and Spain .
