Risk Assessment Review Workshop at the ECOWAS Commission

The Directorate of Administration and General Services of the ECOWAS Commission organised a risk review and assessment workshop on 27 and 28 March 2024 in Abuja, Nigeria.
This strategic workshop brought together experts in the field of risk management within ECOWAS. The main objective of this meeting is to strengthen risk management mechanisms within our organisation, with a view to optimising our operational efficiency.
Risk management is of paramount importance in achieving the ECOWAS community integration agenda.
The workshop will also enable the Directorate of Administration and General Services and the Internal Services Department to work closely together to identify any gaps in processes and put in place effective solutions.
